Moisture-Seal is a water-based, liquid rubber exterior foundation
coating that can be applied in temperatures below freezing. This
exceptional product is solvent free, non flammable, and
environmentally friendly. Unlike other similar products on the
market, Moisture-Seal is not destroyed by freezing. If freezing
occurs, thaw, stir well and apply. Short periods of freezing will
not affect the quality or performance of the product.
